Cancellation Policy
We require a card be kept on file for online tutoring session bookings. Tutoring sessions cancelled less than 6 hours before the scheduled appointment time will not be refunded if prepaid, and if not prepaid you will remain responsible for payment. Clients who do not show up for scheduled appointments, whether in person or online, will not receive a refund for the scheduled session if prepaid and, if not prepaid, remain responsible for the payment of the missed tutoring session. Cancellation and no-show fees will be charged to the card on file.
